Having started out converting larger vehicles (see Eva & Dolly in our gallery) we are currently specialising in micro campers like Little Enid. We firmly believe that here at The Secret Van Man HQ we create some of the most beautiful micro campers available in the UK. Our Story
Our journey started in 2020 when a trip to Central America fell through, courtesy of a certain viral infection you may have heard about. With the day job quit & foreign travel out the window, Joe bought an ex council Vauxhall Movano minibus. With the vision of Mandeep & a helping hand from his old man Les, a passion project was born.
Following an amazing summer exploring some awesome places in the UK it came time to sell Eva to fund our next venture. The proceeds from the sale helped the dream of working for one’s self become a reality, The Secret Van Man was created & we’ve been working hammer & nails ever since.
Meet the team
Mandeep is the brains behind the team. Her beautiful designs, colour themes & soft furnishings are really the touches that transform our vans into tiny homes on wheels!
Joe is the guy who makes it happen. From installing solar panels to cutting cabinets, he’s the point of contact for campervan sales & bespoke builds.
Les has 50 years of experience in the construction industry & is a fountain of knowledge for all things tools. He helps out during the van build process, then tells his mates at the pub he done it all single handed in one day. Prone to throwing Stanley knives if he doesn’t get his way.
